My Taxi

God is good! Have been wanting to get a walker for Sophie - you know, ANYTHING to keep her occupied. Went to Kiddi Palace last Friday. Wow... not cheap leh.. from $50 to $80. So asked God for one. And He gave us one! On loan from Sam and Naomi and in good condition. (Thanks guys!) Sophie hasn't seemed to get the hang of it yet. She only moves backward, and then cries because she is moving further away from us. But it shouldn't take long before she is zooming around the room.

I caught her sucking BOTH her thumbs at once the other day! Aiyo.. one tak cukup ke?

How do babies sense their mother's mood so easily and accurately?! I mean, HOW do they do it? And is there any way to block them from realising that you are tired, and a bit blue, and just not chirpy?

Yesterday I was tired, and a bit down after a bad night, and Sophie was grouch and hardly slept during the day. Which made me even more tired.. such a vicious cycle.

Today I was feeling much fresher and more relaxed, and she slept more than usual during the day and was a happy little bunny.

How DO they know??
